"I am not happy with Diane, one of the representatives at this office. We previously knew her from another company, and when she left that company to go to State Farm, she tried to get us to switch. I ignored it. She reached out again. I politely told her I was not interested and to “please put me on your do not call list.” What did she do? She ignored my wishes and called again. So I had to block the office’s number to make the calls stop. She needs to respect people’s “no’s” and not bother them when they ask to be left alone."
